WELCOME TO BIRTH.DIY

You know there’s a better way to birth than the norm.

You want the resources and perspective that will actually make a difference for your birth experience.

You know birth is often hard, but can be beautiful—but you hear horror stories that seem random and unavoidable.

You believe in your ability to birth and want to understand how to prevent interference.

You want to talk to someone behind-the-scenes who won’t mislead you or pretend everything will be fine while also saying that birth is unpredictable.

You’re a planner and you want to plan effectively for your birth and postpartum.

You like to go with the flow and want to set yourself up to be able to flow with birth without sabotaging yourself.

I’m Anna, a keeper of the lost secrets of healthy pregnancy and autonomous birth.

I’m a birth and postpartum doula, midwifery student, educator, yoga teacher, and writer… which leads me here!  I love to help embodied women prepare for intentional, psychedelic, rite-of-passage pregnancy and birth so that they can enter motherhood completely alive, confident, free, and united with their higher self and their child.
